- Administrative Support
- Maintain calendars
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, contracts, reports and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain digital filing systems

- Full accountability support
- Daily Voxer support (during normal business hours Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm CST)
- Motivation and problem solving to move forward when you're stuck
- Access for virtual co-working when you need an extra set of eyes, or just an ear, while you're working in your zone of genius
- We learn to understand, your multiple specialties, how they impact each other, and foster collaborations with your team
- Play a critical role that complements the organization's Visionary by supporting and talking through important decision making moments
- Project/Task management (i.e. Trello, Clickup, Asana) - PM sweeping
- Minimum twice per week we log into your project management system, sweep the data; Reset Due dates, remove past due dates, consult with you on realistic due dates, etc.
- Bridge the gap between you and your team when they are needing pertinent information, when you are unavailable
- Preview drafts of deliverables from you and your team and offer feedback and suggestions
- Assist in setting up project management system
- Walkthrough of practical application and run automation tests
- One hour 1:1 Zoom co-working session 2 x monthly
- This time is dedicated for you to get something off your blackboard that you have been procrastinating about or that came up suddenly and needs to be accomplished by you within a week
- During this time while you're working, we are sweeping your project management system
- Available to review drafts for deliverables during this time
- One hour team zoom co-working session 1 x monthly
- Same as above, with all of your team members or selected team members (up to 10)
- This time can also be used for team meetings or client onboarding. We will be there to capture information that needs to be entered into your project management system
- Weekly 60 minute strategy calls (phone or zoom)
- Once a week we will meet to discuss your priorities, your team's performance, client care, and share your victories and accomplishments (Running a business is not easy peasy, the latter is the most important.)
- Address items in your project management system and determine importance, current relevance and/or obstacles
- Assist with team members or client on/offboarding
- Facilitate access to your systems for team/client success
- Offer general walkthrough of your system to your team/client
- Direct team/client to information
- Review standard operating procedures, suggest and test edits
- Read procedures, test and suggest edits in written and video formats
- Support in course launch
- Review slide deck and offer suggestions on improvement
- Ensure links and attachments are included and functional
- Assist in developing a timeline for launch, and adding the information in your project management system
- Post-launch: review and document what went well, what could have gone better, what should happen next time
- Based on availability - attend live group calls or live events on social media to capture pertinent helpful information
- Zoom, VIP days and/or webinar support 1 x monthly (1 hour)
- Are you facilitating VIP days or have live webinars? With advanced scheduling we will be available to:
- Admit attendees into the room
- Answer questions in the chat
- Provide information in the chat
- Help with basic troubleshooting
- Debrief during our next scheduled meeting (or immediately via Voxer)
